We are seeking a highly motivated and self starter Financial Analyst to join Grape Solar, Inc. headquarters in Eugene, Oregon and support our global team. The right person for this role will demonstrate strong analytical skills and the capability to work independently and cross-functionally. The position holder will be a key member of our team and will take a key support role in driving analysis, reporting, and planning.

Financial Analyst, Manufacturing
Location: Eugene, OR
Reports To: Director of Finance/Director of Supply Chain
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Partners and supports directly the Director of Finance and Director of Supply Chain on all finance-related matters with active participation in weekly/monthly/quarter rhythm of the business processes.
Manages the tracking and approval of Cost of Goods Sold agreements and/or payments.
Responsible and performs analysis with the preparation of journal entries related to month end adjustments or accruals.
Prepares/Builds slides and PowerPoint presentation .
Prepare and manages budgets; with analysis of actual spend against budgeted/forecasted amounts.
Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide recommendations to management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of related finance experience.
SAP, Netsuite, or any manufacturing related ERP system experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint experience.
Prior experience in a high tech organization preferred.
Ability to work on cross functionally and as well as to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong influencing skills.
A strong willingness to learn and the ability to work with multiple personality types.
Chinese language skills preferred, but not required.
