Grape Solar PV modules are Individually tested and serialized.

Each Grape Solar PV module is labeled with a unique serial number and a bar code which enables us to quickly determine the factory of origin and access that panel’s individual test data taken at the time of production.  When purchasing from Grape Solar you can rest assured that quality and accountability are top priorities.

EXCEPTIONAL WARRANTIES

Our solar PV modules undergo rigorous reliability testing which allows us to offer our customers an exceptional warranty package:

 

      •  10 years product materials and workmanship (vs. industry standard 5 years)

      •  10 years output power assurance; not less than 90%

      •  25 years output power assurance; not less than 80%

      •  Warranty Insurance and Liability Insurance are covered by CHUBB Group Insurance Companies with

         multi-million coverage per occurrence

OVERVIEW

At Grape Solar, we focus our resources in developing and manufacturing solar PV modules that are already proven in the field and assured to deliver consistent results.

In order to guarantee our customers long-term performance and energy output, we avoid products that do not have a solid record of delivering consistent power in real-world situations.  We believe high quality solar panels are the result of:

 

1. Bill of Materials: high quality components on the BOM (Bill of Materials), in that end, we only select the best possible suppliers for each of the dozen components. For example, encapsulated materials such as EVA, TPT are sourced from 3M, Dupont and other reliable European and Japanese brands;

 

2. Process Control:  Preventative measures controlled at each process level as illustrated in the process control diagram below:

Grape Solar’s standardized manufacturing processes are practiced in each of the manufacturing facilities we directly or indirectly own and operate, whether the factory is in the United States, Canada or Asia.  These facilities are ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certified facilities that meet international quality standards. The result is a wide range of solar panels for our customers to choose from.
